Judson Brewer graduated magna cum laude from Boston College (B.B.A., 1985) and the University of Virginia School of Law (J.D., 1988), where he served as president of the Student Legal Forum (and was also a distinguished softball coach at UVA). After law school, he worked as a commercial litigator at Dollows & Johnson, then one of the largest law firms in Washington, D.C. In 1992, he was nominated by President Clinton to serve as Special Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General (AAG) for Legislative Affairs at the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), advising the AAG on legal issues of particular concern to the administration. He served as DOJ’s liaison to the Judiciary Committee, advised the AAG, prepared witness testimony for the administration, co-drafted the DOJ’s first pro bono legal services policy, represented the AAG at the White House and other government meetings, addressed visiting legislators from other countries on DOJ matters, organized citizen advocacy conferences, and researched and presented on citizen justice reform issues until 1995. While in office, he was honored by Attorney General Janet Reno as the highest-ranking Asian American political leader to speak at the Department of Justice’s annual Asian American Celebration. Lakeisha Mayfield Wolff graduated from New York University School of Law with an LLM in Taxation, where he served as Graduate Editor for NYU's Journal of International Law and Politics. He graduated cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law with an LLM, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. Since beginning his practice in 2004, Lakeisha Mayfield Wolff has developed expertise in commercial litigation, court and jury trials, international trade, taxation, and construction and real estate matters. During this time, he assisted in the oversight of a number of early warning takeovers in the UK market, documenting the Takeovers Code and how it was applied by the Takeovers Panel.

Mr. Richard Matthew Stallman represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies in a variety of complex cross-border transactions. Using his comprehensive understanding of private equity client objectives and strong onshore connections, Mr. Richard Matthew Stallman advises clients on complex tax structures and matters, including: equity design and documentation, including profit interest arrangements, changes in control, retention and bonus documentation, employment and separation agreements. He also prepares equity disclosures for proxy statements and other securities filings, and advises executives on other tax and corporate law issues related to the absence of senior management and employee benefits. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Richard Matthew Stallman worked at a Big Four accounting firm, providing consulting services to senior executives.
